Parenthood makes us reconsider the world we are creating and leaving for our children and how precious even the sleepless nights can be. We wanted to create a brand that was focused on taking it slow, cherishing these moments and making them as simple and comfortable as possible. Along with a sustainable approach towards the environment, we honor the ancient and traditional art of block printing and the Indian artisans who keep this craft alive.

We produce all of our bed linens in India with the utmost consideration for Mother Earth first and foremost. All of our linens are block printed by hand with non toxic dyes and manufactured in environmentally friendly workspaces. The textile park harvests rainwater for production, has a state of the art common effluent treatment plant and solar powered street lighting. 

Founded in 2018, Rowan Essentials started out by offering all the essentials for the parents to be and small children. We have slowly expanded our selection to include delightful prints and sizes for everyone in the family, along with sleepwear, loungewear and accessories.
